7 Steps of Automatic Checkweigher Operation

Boot operation

Turn on the power, turn the knob switch to the "on" position, and the touch screen of the electric control box will display the initialization interface after power on. The top of the interface is the USB plug-in logo, checkweigher model, and time display; the black display area is the current production check weighing product name, weight display area, weight unit display area, and checkweigher status display area; the middle is the current set check weighing speed, The current actual check weighing speed and check weighing results display statistics; the bottom is the checkweigher operation and check weighing related parameter function keys. The technician logs in to the current product to create the new product setting parameters and starts the check weighing data query. Shut down and select the product to turn on.

Clear operation

If the checkweigher is stopped and the real-time weight value displayed on the touch screen is not zero (the zero marks are off), click "Clear" to clear the weighing platform so that the real-time weight value is displayed as zero. The mark is lit. If the checkweigher displays the same weight, the stable indicator will light up, otherwise, the stable indicator will go out (the stable indicator is only related to the weight status, and has nothing to do with whether the checkweigher is running or the weight value).

Start operation

Click "Start" on the touch screen to start the checkweigher machine. The check weighing motor drives the check weighing belt to rotate. At this time, the running mark on the touch screen is in the "running" state, and the check weighing operation can be started this time.

Stop operation

Click "Stop" on the touch screen to stop the check weighing belt to end the check weighing process. At this time, the running mark on the touch screen is in the "stopped" state.

Power-off operation

Turn the knob switch to the "off" position, the touch screen will go out, and the power supply will be disconnected. The above operations can only be performed when there is no check weighing product on the checkweigher scales.

User login

In the initial interface of the touch screen, click "Product" or "Settings" to pop up a password login box, enter the 6-digit password and click "Confirm" to log in. The 6-digit factory default password is "000000".

Product selection and creation

Click "Product" in the main interface to enter the product list interface, first click the desired check weighing product in the product list, then click "Select Product" to select the product, and click "Exit" to the main interface and click "Start" to perform the check weighing work. After the product is selected successfully, the current number in the upper right corner of the product list page is displayed as the currently selected product number. A new product number cannot be selected during the check weighing process of the checkweigher; by default, the checkweigher selects the product number selected before exiting (stop running or power off the checkweigher).

(1) New product parameters

On the product list page, click "Add Product" to jump to the "Product Parameters" interface to add new product parameters. Newly added product numbers will be added to the currently existing products in sequence, without the need to select product numbers. The new product number cannot be added during the check weighing process of the checkweigher; the newly added product parameter values are the default initial values of the system, which need to be set according to the actual product parameters and production requirements.

(2) Change product parameters

On the product list page, select the product whose parameters need to be modified in the product list, and click "product parameters" to enter the product parameter interface to modify the selected product parameters (newly added products will directly jump to the product parameter interface). The standard weight is the weight of the product to be checked, and the upper and lower limits are the allowable deviation values for qualified products; if the product packaging weight is not required, the product packaging weight can be written into the gross weight column. At this time, the standard weight column should be filled in with the net weight. The product number is automatically generated by the system; the beltline speed is calculated from the detection speed and changes with the detection speed. It is not possible to fill in (the beltline speed should be consistent with the line speed of the front and rear conveyors). The compensation weight difference is calculated by dynamic calibration. 

Generally, it is forbidden to change it manually to prevent the product check weighing weight from deviating from the actual weight. Pay attention to the value range when filling in product parameters. Generally, if the parameter value is lower than the lower limit of the parameter range, the parameter value remains unchanged, and if it is higher than the upper limit of the parameter range, the upper limit of the parameter range is written by default.

(3) Delete product parameters

On the product list page, select the product that needs to be deleted, and click "Delete Product" to delete the product. After deleting the product, the following product parameters will move forward in order, and the product number will move forward. The product cannot be deleted when the checkweigher is running; in order to prevent the product parameters from being deleted by mistake, the product name should be set reasonably when setting the product parameters.
